Are clear glasses still in fashion?

Yes — clear and transparent glasses are still very much in fashion in 2026. They’ve moved beyond being a short-lived trend and are increasingly treated as a versatile eyewear staple.

What’s changed is the look. It’s no longer just about the crystal-clear, chunky frames that were everywhere a few years ago. We’re seeing much more variety now — smoky greys, soft champagne and milky tones, as well as subtle tints and softer transparent colours.

We’ve just ordered some new models. They’re on their way to Dún Laoghaire and should be arriving soon.
