We are a proudly local, independent optician based in Dún Laoghaire. We opened our studio to create a calm, welcoming space where you can take your time trying on frames without feeling rushed or overwhelmed by overcrowded retail environments.

‘Got Frames’ was founded by Agata Kozlowska, a Dispensing Optician passionate about helping people find frames that truly fit.

After 15 years working across chains, high street, and independent opticians, I decided to create a unique space focused entirely on fit, comfort, and personal care.

We dispense glasses based on your prescription, carefully fitting each pair to your face, lifestyle, and visual needs.

We also specialise in glasses repairs and frame alterations. These services can help extend the life of your glasses, improve comfort and fit, and reduce waste created by the optical industry.

We understand that every face is unique and there is no one-size-fits-all frame. We select our frames based on our patients’ feedback so everyone can find something they like.

We are the first optician to have a wide range of low-bridge frames (also known as Asian-fit), which are designed for people who struggle with standard-fit glasses.

Sensory-Friendly Appointments

Visiting an optician can feel overwhelming. That’s why we offer a different approach. Our Quiet Hour is a private, one-to-one appointment in a calm, low-sensory environment—ideal for neurodivergent patients. It’s a free service to support our community. Please email us to book the Quiet Hour Appointment. Available from Monday to Saturday from 9:00-10:00.

We believe good glasses should last. We offer unique frame repairs and adjustments to help extend the life of your glasses and reduce unnecessary waste. We specialise in personalised frame alterations to ensure a perfect fit.

We offer glazing service for your own frames. Subject to pre-assessment of the existing frames.
