Our Quiet Hour is designed for anyone who feels overwhelmed in busy retail environments. It offers a calmer, more comfortable eye care experience for neurodivergent patients, people with hearing difficulties, learning disabilities, anxiety, or those who are immunocompromised.

After years of working in busy practices, I wanted to create a space where everyone feels comfortable and supported.

The service is completely free.
